As a customer of the Company, we need to process your personal data for these purposes. Our legitimate interests or those of a third party include our requirements to use your personal data in litigation or for other legal purposes involving the company.

  • We provide registers of children’s names to coaches for each session.
  • Our database manager has shared access to the database via a secure server.

How long we keep your personal data

  • We intend to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. We also strive to retain your personal data no longer than is necessary to carry out the purposes listed in this notice or than is required by law.
  • We will keep your personal data while you are a current member of Little Wheelers Limited.
  • We will continue to hold your personal data for up to 7 years when you are no longer a current member of Little Wheelers Limited in accordance with applicable law.

Little Wheelers offers professional cycle coaching for children aged 2-12. From balance bike level to joining their first cycling club, our aim is to help your child develop their confidence on their bike as well as teaching key bike handling skills in a safe and fun environment.
